We have added a two-story garage. We have converted a 25' X 25' garage into a great room. We have built-out the basement into a bedroom, video room and bathroom. We have added a half-bath. The kitchen has been upgraded. The oil burner has been reconfigured to a passive chimney.

Your work has been anticipator and timely. You listened to what I asked. You have been exceedingly responsive. The progression of the work has been persistent and regular. There have been no suprises.

I have been impressed that you used established and middle-aged subcontractors who show up on time, respond to requests and phone calls and haven't given reason for a need for excuses. Their workmanship has been excellent.

After living in many areas of the country during our "working years", we're more pleased every day that we selected Hebron as our permanent retirement home. The people here are extremely warm and friendly and the community is a perfect blend of scenic beauty, area services and a reasonable tax policy. Working with Country View Builders during the construction of our new Hebron home in Hebron Country Estates was a real pleasure. Having built several houses in the past, we've learned that the secret to success is constant real-time communication, a view shared by CVB. Larry Kill was on-site every day, and often for the entire day, working along with his sub-contractors to make sure that everything was exactly as we had planned. Absolutely no changes or critical decisions were made without first consulting with us. It became clear early on in the project that CVB selects its sub-contractors with great care. We can honestly say that we've never worked with a more highly skilled and professional group of local craftsmen. To say that we're pleased with the results would be an understatement.

We built our house while still living in Massachusetts, trying to get up on the weekends to do some of the work ourselves. Although this turned out to be much more work than we could have possibly imagined, Larry was very accommodating and willing to work with us.
