About the Development Team & Hebron Country Estates
I
learned years ago that when you're self employed, you're only as good
as your worst employee or subcontractor. If they make a mistake, it
falls back on you; ultimately, you made the mistake. Therefore I have
always strived to surround myself with top notch people.

I have been in the trades since I was a kid. I started a roofing
company, which I grew to upwards of 20 employees. I also had a number
of subcontract crews that did my siding, remodeling and building, as I
was branching outward. I then started buying old houses and rehabbing
them for resale. I starting picking up rental properties. Eventually I
got into developing some small parcels in Ma, where my earlier
construction days were spent. Then in 1999 I fulfilled a dream of
buying a large tract of land in rural New Hampshire to develop. This
brings me to today.
When I
started to develop Hebron Country Estates, I also needed to surround
myself with the absolute best people in the business. Anyone in these
parts will tell you that I have succeeded in doing so.
This is the core group of people that have been instrumental in
bringing Hebron Country Estates from dream to reality. They bring
extensive knowledge and experience to the table. Each one of them has
quite an impressive resume. I am blessed to be surrounded with so much
talent.
