Hebron Country Estates Phase 3 is going to be the premier subdivision in the area. It is long overdue that a town as nice as Hebron get a development the quality of Hebron Country Estates to complement it. This is going to be really special. We intend to keep a design theme, or continuity throughout. Without being too difinitive, the intent here is just to keep the "New Hampshire" look. These homes will have a lot of exterior detail however, to compliment the views.. These homes will be quite spectacular in design and quality. We have a local architect that has done a lot of the high end home designs around the lake. We have put a couple of homes on the website that we custom designed specifically for this development. This just gives you an idea of what we intend to build.

You have some design options. You may use one of our designs as is, or customize it to make it your own. Or you may bring in your own similar design and it may either work as is, or you could sit with the architect and tweak it to meet our design theme. You may also just sit with the architect and custom design your new home from scratch. The interiors will be beautiful as well, with the customers having more flexibility as to what they want to do. Many home sites will welcome a walkout basement, maximizing your view. The minimum size home allowed will be 2200 square feet, above ground. The home-sites that will be going on the market initially, on the first section of road being built, will start at $260,000. You can expect to spend around $200 per square foot for a high end home, and you certainly can spend more if you have the taste and budget to do so.
