Hebron Country Estates, phase 3a is now completed. It looks magnificent. Now is a good time to start working with our architect to plan your new home. The first two phases, having panorama mountain views, are sold out. These elevated home-sites offer beautiful views of Newfound Lake (one of the cleanest in the world), and the surrounding mountains. Hebron and the Newfound Lake area have been labeled New Hampshire's "hidden jewel". Hebron has a population under 500, keeping it quiet and peaceful, yet the faster paced Lake Winnipesaukee is only 35 minutes away for a day trip to different activities. Hebron is only minutes away from golf, skiing, and trails for hiking and snowmobiling. Hebron also boasts it's own very private and quiet town beach. Hebron Country Estates is built on a hilltop, with the land rolling just enough to give each home-site a unique view of the lake and mountains while maintaining privacy.
Hebron Country Estates Phase 3 is the premier subdivision in the area. It is long overdue that a town as nice as Hebron gets a development the quality of Hebron Country Estates to compliment it. We are keeping a design theme for the homes throughout. Without being too definitive, the intent here is just to keep the "New Hampshire" look. This will give us a fantastic energy savings and a handsome rebate. We also are utilizing geothermal technology to heat and cool the house. We just finished drilling the well, and we're more than pleased to have a 540 foot well, supplying 20 GPM of water, and it has a static level of 40 feet.
